Inspiritive personnel and agents are required to keep any personal information confidential, however Inspiritive will not be held responsible for events arising from unauthorised access to personal records. Where a client requests a non-disclosure agreement, Inspiritive will consider each case on its merits subject to the law of the country in which the agreement is made and the known values of the parties to the agreement.
