Chris specialises in one to one work with people, course design and accreditation, and the training of corporate consultants and executive coaches. Chris is the managing director of Inspiritive Pty Ltd, a registered training organization (RTO) which he has been running with his partner since 1992. From 1982 until 1992 he worked as a sole proprietor trading as Collingwood & Associates. He has been doing one on one private coaching since 1982. Jules Collingwood - Co-director Jules both a trainer of NLP and management consultant specialising in systemic change. She offers NLP training, private consultations, corporate education, and coaches both individuals and groups. With an extensive background in business, property & investment education (national), Rebecca has over 10 years experience imparting generative skills to others in how to create change in all areas of their lives, both one on one and in group seminars of over 3,000 people. Ian Snape Ian is a Principal Research Scientist at the Australian Antarctic Division, Adjunct Professor at Macquarie University, and Director of The Coaching Space. He works mainly at the interface between innovation, industry and policy where he helps organisations develop strategy and align and develop capability. He works with executives, managers, teams and individuals for high performance in research, business, government and sports using NLP. Ian is a PhD graduate from Edinburgh and has a BSc in science, Graduate Certificate in NLP, and is an NLP Trainer certified and endorsed by John Grinder, the co-creator of NLP. Geoff is an experienced trainer, change agent, management consultant, coach, and speaker with more than 30 years experience in the corporate sector. Geoff specialises in applications of NLP that significantly improve business performance. Geoff's NLP background includes extensive training with Chris and Jules Collingwood of Inspiritive, Dr. John Grinder, the co-developer of NLP, and Steve Andreas. He is currently a certified Associate Trainer. Geoff’s commercial and corporate background includes a wide range of operations, sales, marketing, and line management positions with multi national companies for over twenty years. He has been a trainer, management consultant, corporate coach and seminar presenter since 1998. Geoff specialises in assisting clients to identify business problems and hidden opportunities for improvement, then select the most effective and efficient means to address them, and then manage the change processes involved in implementation. With over eight years of both professional experience and private practice Michael offers clients a unique understanding of their needs. He has worked with a wide range of business clients, from start-up self employed, to multi-national public companies. During his career Michael has worked successfully in a wide range of roles and groups including management consulting, NLP consulting, counselling, hypnotherapy, face to face and telephone sales, telephone support, training delivery, and quality systems auditing and development. He has assisted his clients with services ranging from project management, training, coaching, process re-engineering, personal performance improvement, scenario and goal analysis, and best business process. Mark Anns Mark is a consultant psychologist and NLP Trainer working in Sydney. He has a varied background in teaching, administration and clinical work. From 1985 to 1989 he worked at the Albion Street (HIV / AIDS) Centre where he held positions as Head of Counselling unit and Assistant Director. He has extended his areas of expertise to include the general area of sexual health, and conducts frequent training programmes for health professionals. His other areas of interest include post traumatic stress disorder, health and the immune system and psychotherapy training. Mark currently works part time in private practice. In 1995 he completed his NLP trainers training (Dynamic Learning Centre, California) conducted by Robert Dilts and Judith DeLozier. And in 2010 Mark completed his Graduate Certificate in Neuro-Linguistic Programming.
